If you have HR management experience and are comfortable studying at postgraduate level, this is the programme for you. If you have studied at degree level or higher in a business related area but do not have HR management experience, this programme could still be right for you. In this scenario we would strongly recommend you gain access to a mentor during your studies, or consider taking our Level 5 HR Certificate/Diploma programme first. We offer this programme on either a blended or 100% online route.
With this programme you can choose to use your current or past employer as the basis for your study or our unique immersive case study environment (DPG are the only CIPD Centre that offers this), so you get to practice risk free in a virtual online company.
Your Learning Options:
Blended (Workshops and online)
Learn through on-line modules, which you access at your leisure, combined with regular interactive workshops. You can complete the certificate in as little as 12 months and the diploma in 24 months.
The Human Resource Management programme includes four core modules, which are the same as the HRD programme and four specialist modules which focus on key HR strategies.
Once you’ve finished the full Diploma programme, you will have achieved the highest standard of professionalism within the HR field. You will also have achieved the knowledge required for CIPD Chartered membership. If you then have the relevant work experience, you can apply for a membership assessment (assessing your workplace activities and behaviours) and if successful, you will be upgraded to Chartered Member (MCIPD).
