By developing your skills and knowledge, you increase your professional credibility and boost your earning potential and promotion prospects.
We offer you everything you need to have the best learning experience while you develop yourself on one of our programmes, including personal facilitators, unlimited 24/7 access to the online DPG Community and expert programme advisers. Our independent customer ratings also highlight the great experiences available to support your professional development.
DPG do things differently – we take key theories and skills and apply them to real life HR and L&D challenges through a series of case studies that have been created with the support of past delegates and industry experts. This approach helps you apply the skills and knowledge you’ve learnt back in your workplace immediately. And if you’re not currently working in HR or L&D, our approach makes it easier for you to get qualified too.
We can now also help you develop your HR and Management professionals using the funding available through the Apprenticeship levy. We have recently partnered with Interserve Learning & Employment to deliver our apprenticeships at Levels 3 and 5 in HR and Leadership & Management, with one of the most innovative and Grade 2 Ofsted accredited training providers in the country.
“DPG innovate all the time, I think that’s very, very good for students. It enables them to do social and collaborative learning, which isn’t available on lots of other platforms. The constant requirement to make the qualification better tomorrow than it is today is great and DPG shines through because of that.” Gill White, CIPD, Director of Commercial and Capability
