Why did you choose DPG?

Whilst researching CIPD courses and the options available to me, DPG were beyond helpful, responding quickly and providing all the necessary information. From the outset, DPG were easy to use and there was always someone available to answer questions. DPG also have great deals to accompany their courses; when I applied for the course, I received a free iPad which has been a huge help, enabling me to be flexible with my studying and participate in the online webinars with no problems.

What were your goals of starting the programme?

When deciding to undertake the programme, I was aiming to increase my HR and employment law knowledge. Having a CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR not only looks good on a candidate’s CV, but enables employers to be confident that you have the right level of HR knowledge and experience. When starting the programme, I was hopeful that from the outset, the course would provide me with the theory, knowledge and understanding of HR issues, which I could then take into the workplace to gain practical experience.

How has the programme helped your career and where are you now?

The CIPD Level 5 Online programme with DPG has definitely increased my knowledge of employment law & HR issues. I commenced the programme as an HR Administrator and on completion will be progressing within my current organisation to an HR Advisor role.
