This apprenticeship is suitable for employees working within your HR function, delivering front line support to managers and other employees.  

Our Human Resources Support Level 3 apprenticeship enables employees to develop their skills in managing day-to-day HR queries and advice, plus in HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations and performance and reward management.

Apprentices at this level gain a thorough grounding in the basics of HR and an understanding of HR principals.

They develop the skills and behaviours to work across all disciplines in HR. Through our blend of eLearning, workshops and our unique Business District, apprentices are required to make decisions and recommendations on what HR needs to do, as well as apply best practice and instigate change for the benefit of the entire organisation.
