• HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard (includes CIPD Level 3 certificate in HR practice)
• HR Consultant Level 5 Apprenticeship Standard (includes CIPD Level 5 certificate in HR management)
• L&D Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard (includes CIPD Level 3 certificate in L&D practice)
• L&D Consultant/Business Partner Level 5 Apprenticeship Standard (includes CIPD Level 5 certificate in L&D)
This apprenticeship is suitable for employees working within your HR function, delivering front line support to managers and other employees. Our Human Resources Support Level 3 apprenticeship enables employees to develop their skills in managing day-to-day HR queries and advice, plus in HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations and performance and reward management.
This apprenticeship can be used to upskill existing employees working within your HR department, or for new employees such as graduates looking to build a career in HR. Our Human Resource Management Level 5 Apprenticeship enables employees to develop their HR skills, take on more responsibility in people management and broaden their HR knowledge.
Our Level 3 Learning & Development apprenticeship is suitable for employees working within your L&D function, at the start of their L&D career. It is suitable for anyone with operational or project responsibilities, or those responsible for managing a team and who are looking to deliver a clearly defined outcome.

Your organisation does not pay into the Apprenticeship Levy which means you cannot currently use the Levy to fund apprenticeship programmes in your organisation. That doesn’t stop you providing apprenticeship training. The government will pay for all the training costs of apprentices aged 16-18 as well as 19- to 24-year-olds who are in care or who have an education and health care plan. For all other apprentices, the government will pay 90% of training costs whilst your organisation pays the remaining 10%. If you have more than 50 employees but your annual salary bill is less than £3 million a year then the government will pay 90% of any apprenticeship training, up to the funding limit for that skill as set by the government. Apprenticeships enable organisations to focus on the most effective form of learning – building skills on the job. That means your apprentices can work and learn. Our blended learning programmes for apprenticeships have been designed specifically to enable apprentices to do their learning while at work. This partnership blended DPG’s expertise in HR and Leadership and Management, with one of the most innovative, Grade 2 Ofsted-accredited training providers in the country. We have 25 years’ experience in delivering pioneering HR and Leadership & Management qualifications, whilst Interserve has 25 years’ experience of successfully delivering to more than 14,000 apprentices per year. DPG design and deliver the training and learning to support the apprentice standards and subcontract with ILE to provide the in-company support and apprentice reviews. 50% of the apprenticeship Levy funding is allocated to ILE for this service.
