About our apprenticeships

With total of 2.4 million workers recently classed by their employers as not being fully proficient in their current job, the government has committed to three million apprenticeship starts by summer 2020. If you’ve identified skills gaps in your managers or HR professionals, we can help you to upskill them using the funding available through the new Apprenticeship Levy.

  • All our learning is accessed via a Learning Management System called Enable-2 which has been provided by Virtual College (eLearning Provider of the Year 2015/2016)
  • We deliver remote knowledge-based learning modules, and face to face workshop support to develop your skills and behaviours
  • Our learning is fully supported by our expert facilitators, who are current practitioners and available when required, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • We offer excellent tracking for the Portfolio of Evidence as well as performance monitoring and support in preparation for the end-point assessment
  • Our apprenticeships offer the opportunity for dual accreditation. Apprentices can not only meet the standards but complete their learning with a qualification and membership of either the CIPD or ILM.
  • All apprentices will gain lifetime, free access to our award-winning DPG community, a social media based platform to network and build expertise
  • We’re an established and quality driven organisation with excellent Feefo and customer ratings with over 25 years’ experience of delivering qualifications in vocational settings

FAQs

What type of provider options do you have available?

All business needs are different, so we can work with you across the following options:

  • Lead provider – We can take charge of delivering the programme to your employees and provide full responsibility for all the required reporting and administration.
  • Employer provider – We are flexible, so can offer to deliver the full HR or Leadership & Management apprenticeship qualification. Alternatively, we can work with you so you can deliver certain elements yourself, based on your business capabilities. You choose and we will support you with our expertise.
  • Other providers – If you’re an apprenticeship provider, we can work as part of your network to provide you with our expert HR or Leadership and Management content. We will also provide full support to help you meet your employer’s apprenticeship needs.

 

How can you help me meet the apprenticeship levy funding requirements?

Through long standing partnerships with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management), we can help you plan your organisational strategy for apprenticeships, so you meet the apprenticeship levy funding requirements. We offer a mix of learning methods, designed to revolve around the work place, all approved by awarding bodies to meet the apprenticeship standards. Our expert advisors will help you with any training needs analysis and develop a programme that works around your needs, then provide the support required throughout all our learning experiences.

What Apprenticeship Standards do you offer?

We offer four Apprenticeship standards:

  • Leadership and Management – Team Leader/Supervisor – Level 3
  • Human Resources – Human Resources Support – Level 3
  • Human Resource Management – Higher Apprenticeship Level 5
  • Leadership and Management – Operations/Departmental Manager – Level 5
