Your organisation does not pay into the Apprenticeship Levy which means you cannot currently use the Levy to fund apprenticeship programmes in your organisation. That doesn’t stop you providing apprenticeship training. The government will pay for all the training costs of apprentices aged 16-18 as well as 19- to 24-year-olds who are in care or who have an education and health care plan. For all other apprentices, the government will pay 90% of training costs whilst your organisation pays the remaining 10%. If you are looking to develop your staff, then explore our range of human resources, learning and development and management and leadership qualifications.
If you have more than 50 employees but your annual salary bill is less than £3 million a year then the government will pay 90% of any apprenticeship training, up to the funding limit for that skill as set by the government. Apprenticeships enable organisations to focus on the most effective form of learning – building skills on the job. That means your apprentices can work and learn. Our blended learning programmes for apprenticeships have been designed specifically to enable apprentices to do their learning while at work. If you are looking to develop your staff, then explore our range of human resources and learning and development qualifications.
