DPG’s competency-based qualifications are now available!
One of the big buzzwords in learning at the moment is competencies. There has been a shift away in learning from content for the sake of content in recent years and towards competency-based learning. Why? Because the fundamental purpose of workplace learning is to enhance competency.
That is just what we are aiming to achieve with our new competency-based route for our Level 5 programmes.
This new route is ideally suited to those professionals who are already working in HR or L&D but do not hold a formal HR or L&D qualification.
What will the programme provide? We are offering both foundation (Level 3) and intermediate levels (Level 5) and within both of those learners will have access to a personalised study programme. Completing a level will not only greatly improve competency, it will also enable you to obtain an all-important CIPD qualification and CIPD Associate membership.
The programmes are very user friendly in that they allow you to complete your work in your own time and at your own pace. There is no need to attend any workshops.
As well as this, you will also be given full access to the usual DPG benefits. This includes a year’s subscription to Perkbox on joining, access to our award-winning DPG learning community, an in-depth consultation with one of our facilitators at a time most convenient to you, a personalised action plan and a personal account on our learning management system that will allow you to store your work securely.
