The CIPD offer three levels of L&D qualifications:
In the L&D field, an organisation is able to boost its performance through getting the best out of its people and combining their skills and capabilities. If you choose to specialise in L&D, you can expect to help organisations align learning and the training and development of its people with their business priorities and strategies.
To be successful in an L&D role you will need strong analytical skills, excellent people skills and the ability to work with people at all levels within the organisation.
