What is CIPD?
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) acts as the professional body for the HR sector in the UK. They’ve been championing better work and personal development for more than 100 years and have more than 150,000 members worldwide.
A CIPD qualification is globally recognised and acts as a gateway to long-term career advancements within the People Profession. With a CIPD membership, you’ll gain exclusive access to the latest research and updates from the experts themselves.
CIPD courses, both in HR and L&D, are available at three levels, each with their own qualification:
- Level 3 (Foundation) — Equivalent to A-Levels
- Level 5 (Associate) — Equivalent to an Undergraduate degree
- Level 7 (Advanced) — Equivalent to a postgraduate degree
