Why did you choose DPG?

DPG was recommended by one of my colleagues, so I spent some time looking at reviews online and found only positive ones! I was also attracted by the face to face workshops that were provided alongside the online learning. The CIPD accredited status was what sealed the deal.

What were your goals of starting the programme?

I was eager to learn more about L&D after landing on my feet in a training role, and wanted to be able to carry out that role to the absolute best standard possible.

How has the programme helped your career and where are you now?

Since starting the programme, I feel I’ve been taken more seriously in my role by my peers and members of senior leadership, and I have no doubt that when the time comes to progress I’ll have a huge advantage. It’s also helped me become much more efficient and set a direction for my career.

What would you say to anyone thinking of starting a programme with DPG?

Absolutely do it. It can be scary and even time consuming getting back into the world of education but it’s totally worth it!
