The completion of the CIPD Level 5 HR Online course, enabled me to progress in my career as an HR professional. I have much more confidence in my own capabilities and have advanced to an advisory role. DPG have provided an amazing service and the programme was very reasonably priced in comparison to other competitors!
I chose DPG as I had previously used another CIPD course provider for my Level 3 where access to tutors and support throughout the course was limited, which was frustrating. A friend had recommended DPG for their quick responses and fantastic quality. In comparison, DPG has been much more professional and an enjoyable experience.

When I started the programme, I hoped to widen my scope of interest and gain more in-depth knowledge of practice and procedure. I had only worked in Human Resources Administration, therefore had limited experience. The completion of the CIPD Level 5 HR course enabled me to progress in my career as an HR professional. I have much more confidence in my own capabilities and have advanced to an advisory role. I endeavour to continue my journey and hope to become a Business Partner.
My current role includes assisting Business Partners with a cost cutting project involving large scale redundancies. When I was first informed, I realised how daunting this task was for someone with limited experience! Fortunately, I found the programme so informative and resourceful that it alleviated the pressure as I knew where to look if I needed further help.
The knowledge gained from the CIPD Level 5 HR programme has influenced my thinking and has changed the way I deal with situations. It has opened my eyes to the internal and external factors impacting organisations and how that affects Human Resources.
