Our Level 5 apprenticeship in Learning and Development is for employees who currently work as a Learning and Development manager

Our Learning & Development Level 5 apprenticeship enables employees to develop their management skills.

Apprentices at this level gain a thorough grounding in L&D management areas such as identifying development needs, as well as designing, evaluating and delivering effective L&D activities.

They develop the skills and behaviours to be a highly-skilled L&D manager. Through our blend of eLearning, workshops and our unique Business District, apprentices are required to make decisions and recommendations on what L&D needs to do, as well as apply best practice and instigate change for the benefit of the entire organisation.

FAQs

How does the apprenticeship work?

  1. Your apprentices will learn through scenario training, with 24/7 access to e-learning. They will also learn via our immersive, innovative Business District, where apprentices face real-life work scenarios.
  2. On completion, your apprentices can choose to register as Associate members with the CIPD.
  3. Your apprentices receive support from experienced facilitators, and their own Training Development Officer.  They will have access to their bespoke OneFile system, the leading e-portfolio system for managing and monitoring apprentices’ progress.
  4. You will be involved in your apprentices learning journey, to ensure that it is tailored to your business ethos and goals.
  5. Apprentices will recieve complimentary, life-time access to the award-winning DPG community, where they can interact with 8000+ fellow L&D professionals.

Who is this apprenticeship for?

This apprenticeship is suitable for anyone working at a generalist or specialist level, where the focus and in-depth expertise is in a specific area such as organisation development, digital / blended learning, resourcing, or talent management.
