The NEW Certificate in L&D Practice Quality of the materials - "The participant packs are well produced and include a mix of theory and appropriate real-world examples to provide context for the subject in question. The way they are structured makes it easier to provide evidence for each unit in your responses and as such, they are much easier to complete than the more 'traditional' styles of assignments that I have had to produce on other qualifications" Quality of the tutor - "I've found Derek to be engaging and interesting with genuine experience and passion for learning and development.
